Shipping
All ready-to-ship and in stock items ship within 3 business days. We source the most cost effective, but quality carrier to transport your artwork. We currently ship via UPS and our rates are carrier based.
Orders over $500 receive FREE shipping.
Due to the custom nature of our products, we do everything we can to ensure a safe transport. Your order will be carefully packaged but should you receive a damaged product please take photos, reach out to the carrier first to file a claim, and then contact us so we can get started on your replacement.
Caring for your Art
All botanicals are real specimens hand picked on our family farm in South Alabama or our family-owned-nursery in North Florida. They will naturally change color over time. We strongly encourage keeping botanicals out of direct sunlight, in order to preserve their natural color for a longer period of time.
Specimens
My husband and I select the highest quality stems and blooms for our artwork. From Gingkos to Ferns to Hydrangea petals that we hand pick! At this time we do not accept client-provided botanicals and flowers.
Wholesale Partnerships
Due to the custom nature of our products and the husband + wife duo behind the scenes, we are unable to take on large scale quantities. Though, we never say never — if you have an inquiry and would like to discuss a Pretty & Pressed partnership for your trade business, send us a note and let's connect.
Collection Drops
Based on seasonality we are proud to offer exclusive Pretty and Pressed Collections. These ready-to-ship items are on a first come, first serve basis and once we are sold out — we're sold out! The best way to claim your P&P piece is to sign up for our email notifications to be the first to hear when a collection drops.
Installation & Hardware
All frames arrive ready to hang with appropriate hardware.
